Bargaining Unit Integrity (BUI) Project
Protecting jobs, Building power
We face an important challenge in the OPS – one that affects our members’ job security, their career development options, and our power at the bargaining table. That challenge is the transfer of more and more of our jobs to the AMAPCEO bargaining unit. We have launched the "Protecting Jobs, Building Power" campaign to rigorously defend our bargaining unit.

We encourage members to keep an eye on vacant positions in their workplaces. We need to make sure that not only do postings get filled, but that they are filled as OPSEU positions.
